The closest proper studio
to Sale, by some distance

We looked, and we could not find a dedicated podcast or recording studio anywhere in M33. Sale has the audience, the independents around Stanley Square and a genuinely busy arts centre at the Waterside. What it does not have is a room to record in.

The nearest one is ours, four or five miles straight down the A56 in Bowdon. That is ten to fifteen minutes in the car, or nine minutes on the tram to Altrincham and a short taxi up the hill.

Bring nothing. Book two hours, turn up, and talk. Three cameras, broadcast microphones and lighting are already set. A videographer and a sound technician stay in the room with you for the whole session, and the finished edit comes back inside three working days.

Not sure yet whether a podcast is the right move? Take fifteen free minutes and we will tell you honestly. If you want to plan properly, that is consultancy at £99 an hour.

Why Sale people
keep coming back

Being nearby only matters if the room is worth arriving at. Here is what is actually in it.

Nine minutes on the tram

Sale, Brooklands and Dane Road all sit on the Altrincham line, with trams every six minutes through the day. You can genuinely leave the car at home.

You can actually park

If you do drive, parking is free and on site, right by the door. Straight down Washway Road and up into Bowdon.

Three sets, one rate

Studio One, the White Studio and Studio Platinum, all the same price, and you can shoot across more than one in a longer booking.

The edit is included

Colour grade, angle cuts and audio clean-up are in the price, so you leave with an episode rather than a folder of footage.

It is quiet

Acoustically treated rooms on a farm site above Altrincham. No tram rumble, no Washway Road traffic, no neighbours.

Crew stay in the room

A videographer and a sound technician for the whole session. You concentrate on the conversation and nothing else.
