Podcast episodes being prepared for publishing at Cheshire Podcast Studio
Podcast management

You record it.
We do the rest.

Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, hashtags, clips and uploads across every platform, handled every month so your show never quietly stops.

Why this exists

Most shows do not fail
in the studio

They fail six weeks later, when the third episode is sitting on a hard drive because nobody had a spare evening to make a thumbnail.

01

The recording is the easy part

One afternoon, done. The publishing is every week, forever, and it is the part nobody enjoys.

02

Inconsistency kills reach

Platforms reward showing up. A gap of a month undoes months of momentum, and the algorithm does not care why.

03

The details do the work

A weak thumbnail loses the click before the content ever gets a chance. The title decides whether it gets found at all.

What happens each month

The whole loop,
off your desk

Custom thumbnails

We pull the strongest frames from your episode, clean up the background and build a thumbnail designed to earn the click rather than describe the video.

Titles, descriptions, hashtags

Written from the actual transcript, structured for search on YouTube and for discovery on podcast platforms.

Publishing everywhere

Uploaded to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and the other major platforms, formatted correctly for each one.

Short-form clips

Vertical clips cut from the episode for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Included at no extra cost on the Complete tier.

Performance reviews

We look at what actually landed and what did not, and change the approach rather than repeating it.

Creative direction with Morgan

Both tiers include calls and chat whenever you feel you need them, on a fair-use basis. No extra charge, no clock running.

Two tiers

Pick by how often
you publish

The difference is volume and whether short-form clips are included.

Worth knowing

Management does not
include studio time

Sessions are booked and paid for separately, so you are never locked into recording more than you want to. Most clients on a plan book a two or four hour session and batch a month of episodes in one go.

Questions

Management questions

Do I have to record at your studio to be on a plan?

No. If you record elsewhere, send us the finished files and we will manage the output from there. Recording with us just makes the whole loop faster.

Who owns the channel and the uploads?

You do, always. We publish into your accounts. Nothing sits under ours and nothing is held hostage if you stop.

What does "fair use" mean on the calls?

It means talk to Morgan when you need to, without a meter running. It is not designed for back-to-back sessions every week. In practice nobody has ever had a problem with it.

Can I see things before they go live?

Yes. Thumbnails, titles and clips can be sent to you for a quick look before anything is scheduled, or we can just get on with it if you would rather not be involved. Your call.

Is there a contract?

It is a rolling monthly subscription. Stay as long as it is useful.

Which tier should I start on?

If you publish fortnightly, Essential. If you publish weekly, or clips are a real part of your strategy, Complete works out considerably cheaper than buying clips separately. Take fifteen free minutes and we will tell you straight.

Next step

Let's get your show
publishing itself

Fifteen free minutes is enough to work out which tier fits, and whether you need one at all.
